Refund policy
Due to items be custom made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We only offer returns for items that are faulty or damaged on arrival.
To start a return, you can contact us at omegasautogarageweb@outlook.com. Please provide images of the item. If the item was lost in transit, please send us a screenshot of your tracking.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label if needed, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Our entire store is custom made to order so we will not be able to accept returns. The only exceptions are items lost in transit and damaged goods upon arrival.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on items due to custom made to order.
